Peminatan Siswa Pada Program Studi Teknik Keselamatan di Universitas Ivet Semarang

Abstract

Uuniversity is an institution that organizes higher education and the development of science, technology, and the arts through education, research, and community service. The purpose of the research is to determine the percentage of interest and enrollment of students in the safety engineering study program at Ivet University Semarang.  This research is an evaluation study using survey methods, interviews, observations, and questionnaires given to field samples to assess or measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of a program, policy, or intervention. Furthermore, the main objective of evaluation research is to provide accurate and objective information about the quality and outcomes of a program or policy, so that it can be used as a basis for decision-making.  Student interest in the safety engineering program at Ivet University Semarang has been increasing each year during the new student admissions.  The percentage of registrations from 2019 to 2024 was 248 people, with an average of 41.33% falling into the moderate category.  The registration of new students for the Occupational Safety Engineering program has been successfully conducted
